Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Billy Bunter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Diego Nunes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Anthony Taglia and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bunter throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Nunes misses with a wild combination.
Bunter misses with a left hand
and Nunes counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Nunes content to stall in guard here.
Nunes wants to stand but Bunter has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Diego Nunes was stalling too much, according to the referee.

Well Nunes has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
