Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Walter Walternate (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jaer Emilson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Matti Vanhoillinen and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Walternate throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Emilson stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Walter Walternate seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Emilson tries to close the distance and clinch up but Walternate swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Emilson avoids the head kick by Walternate.
Emilson smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Nice body punch from Emilson.
Emilson pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Walternate back to the cage. Emilson follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Walternate misses with a hook
and Emilson counters with a three punch combo that has Walternate backing up. Walternate nods at Emilson to acknowledge the strikes.
Emilson fails with an attempt to clinch.
Walternate throws a quick inside leg kick.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Walternate looks for a left high kick but can't connect. Walternate backs up to catch a breather... no he lunges forward with a huge flying knee that smacks Emilson's temple! It sends Emilson violently to the canvas! The crowd goes nuts as Walternate celebrates and the doctors try to help Emilson!
