Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Maxx Shepard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ray Zaharn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zaharn has chosen 28 Days Later as his entrance music. Ray Zaharn will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shepard clinches with his opponent.
Zaharn wants to get back to striking at distance but Shepard won't allow it.
A head punch on the inside from Zaharn fails to land.
Zaharn throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Shepards head.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Zaharn.
Shepard's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Zaharn tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Shepard was well out of range. Poor timing from Zaharn.
Zaharn shoots in but Shepard avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Zaharn throws a nice looking combination but Shepard bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Zaharn shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Shepard pinned against the cage. Shepard gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Zaharn changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Shepard tries to avoid it but Zaharn manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Shepard to the ground. Shepard escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
