Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kid Quick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anthony Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Quick thuds a left hand into Silva's body.
Quick connects with a crisp jab.
Silva misses with a straight right.
Quick moves out of range as Silva strikes.

Quick throws a series of strikes that have Silva backpedaling.

It looks like Anthony Silva has been cut.
Silva comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Quick lands a nice shot to the body.
Silva looks gassed!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Quick fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
A jab from Quick finds it's way through Silva's defenses.
Silva walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

Silva is rocked!
Silva shoots in looking for a takedown. Quick tries to sprawl out of it but Silva keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Quick manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Silva is still on wobbly legs! Can Quick finish him?
Quick lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Silva is looking to close the distance but Quick sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Silva crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Silva is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
