Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tony Parts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leandro Alves (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Parts comes to the cage accompanied by Written in the Stars. The crowd seem to be enjoying Alves's choice of entrance music: Thin Lizzy - Angel of Death. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alves walks into a stiff left hand from Parts.
Alves shoots in but no luck this time.
Alves shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Parts defends it nicely.
Parts throws a low kick, looking for Alves's leg but Alves calmly moves out of range.
Parts forces Alves back against the cage and clinches.
Parts lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Alves successfully pulls guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Alves is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Alves looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Parts is defending well. Alves quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Parts has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Alves celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
