Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Punchinello Harlequin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johnny Blaze (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Blaze comes into a darkened arena with his song building. John Blaze - Fat Joe Ft. Nas, Big Pun, Raekwon kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Johnny Blaze enters the cage!

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
12 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Punchinello Harlequin!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

20 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Johnny Blaze!
The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Yukihiro Shimada and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Harlequin uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Blaze.
Harlequin misses the shot to the body.
Harlequin lets loose with a powerful body kick. Blaze will feel that in the morning.
Harlequin moves away from the strike by Blaze.
Harlequin scores with a crisp jab that stopped Blaze in his tracks.
Blaze closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Harlequin dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Blaze. That did some damage!

Harlequin fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Blaze on the side of the head.
Harlequin throws a leg kick which misses Blaze's front leg but catches the back leg as Blaze tries to avoid it.

Harlequin looks for the body kick but Blaze saw that one coming.
Blaze loads up on a big right hand but Harlequin slips the punch.
Harlequin fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Blaze.
Harlequin bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Blaze tries to buck Harlequin off but Harlequin is having none of it.
Blaze really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Harlequin. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Harlequin lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Blaze is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Harlequin has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Harlequin is working Blaze over with some ground and pound from side control.
Harlequin has knee on belly and moves into mount.
Harlequin cracks Blaze with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Blaze pushes Harlequin away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Harlequin gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Harlequin is staying tight to Blaze's torso, preventing him from escaping.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Blaze tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops.
Blaze turns into Harlequin and is now in his guard.

Blaze wants to control from the top but Harlequin keeps moving.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Harlequin creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Harlequin postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Blaze in real trouble here! The ref calls for Blaze to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
