Vbahi comes to the cage accompanied by Pregador Luo - Bate Pesadão. Grace Junior has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Matt Vbahi's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Leandro Rodrigues and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Junior closes the distance and clinches.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
Junior wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Vbahi pressing his opponent against the cage.
Junior is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Vbahi to keep the fight standing.
Junior drags the fight down to the ground.
Vbahi decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Vbahi decides to stand back up. Vbahi steps back and let's Junior get back to his feet.

Junior throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Vbahi closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Junior pushes Vbahi off looking to stand but Vbahi dives back in and keeps control.
Vbahi not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Junior has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Vbahi is working away from the top position though.
Vbahi is looking to stall here but Junior recovers full guard.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
The fight stays on the outside here - Junior looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Vbahi changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Junior looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Vbahi shoots in and bounces Junior off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Vbahi thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Vbahi takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Junior wants to hold on but Vbahi pushes him away.
Vbahi cracks Junior with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Junior is bucking up trying to escape but Vbahi cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

Vbahi is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Junior can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Junior uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Vbahi.
Vbahi fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Junior, pushing him back against the cage.
Junior goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Vbahi keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Junior's efforts to push away.
Vbahi jumps guard but Junior stands there with Vbahi around his waist. Vbahi gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Junior keeps control of Vbahi as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Junior gets underhooks to prevent Vbahi's takedown attempt.
Junior escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Matt Vbahi is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Junior throws a head kick that misses.
Vbahi looks for a takedown but Junior sprawls well.
Junior looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Junior changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Vbahi tries to avoid it but Junior manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Vbahi to the ground. Vbahi escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Vbahi drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Junior avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Vbahi.
Grace Junior has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Vbahi, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
