Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Giorgio Rossi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason Nero (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nero has chosen Lava Lava as his entrance music. Jason Nero will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rossi scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Nero is looking to improve his position.
Rossi seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Nero does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Nero really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Rossi. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Rossi blocks the strikes from Nero.
Rossi is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Nero can do anything to dispel that myth.
Nero is in trouble now - Rossi has advanced to mount!
Rossi jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Nero manages to avoid the submission attempt.
A lull in the action here as Rossi stalls from top position.
That's one minute gone in the round.
You can see the frustration on Nero's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Rossi has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Nero is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Rossi yanks on the arm and Nero is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Rossi.
