Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Krystof Teverdosky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Armand Gardo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gardo gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Gardo looking to control but Teverdosky passes into half guard.

Gardo is trying to keep from getting into a worse position than he's already in but Gardo is working away and isn't letting himself get tied up. Teverdosky seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Gardo does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gardo is trying to control but can't.
Gardo wants to improve his position but Teverdosky is controlling well.
Teverdosky looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Gardo tries to get to full guard but Teverdosky has control of the leg.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Teverdosky scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Teverdosky working away. Teverdosky wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Gardo, who protects the arm well. Teverdosky tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Teverdosky is breathing heavily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gardo can't do much from the bottom here. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Gardo sneaks back into half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Gardo is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Teverdosky is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Gardo is pressing down on Teverdosky's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Krystof Teverdosky dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
No joy there for Gardo, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Gardo doesn't manage to clinch there - Teverdosky circles away.
Krystof Teverdosky is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Gardo connects with a single shot there. Gardo throws a right and a left that both miss. Teverdosky misses with a head kick.
Gardo keeps the fight on the outside. Teverdosky fails with the takedown. Teverdosky avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Teverdosky changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Gardo looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Teverdosky working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Teverdosky working away.

Gardo is really trying hard to get back to his feet.
Teverdosky jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Gardo manages to avoid the submission attempt.
