Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Wilsooooon James Da Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Waclaw Panek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Wilsooooon James Da Silva!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Waclaw Panek!
The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Chris Edwards and William Gold.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Panek looks to land a left hand but James Da Silva moved out of range nicely.

James Da Silva fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Panek fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. James Da Silva sprawls well initially but Panek persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Panek throws a lazy right hand but James Da Silva sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Panek might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

A momentary lapse in concentration from James Da Silva enables Panek to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. James Da Silva manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Well Panek has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
