Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Ren Mimura and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mangtas tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Blackbeard paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Blackbeard misses with a head kick.
Mangtas tries to bum rush Blackbeard with a series of wild strikes but Blackbeard uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Blackbeard throws out a powerful jab.
Blackbeard throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Mangtas.
It looks like Maloy Mangtas has been cut.
Mangtas takes a kick to the side of the head.
Blackbeard keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Mangtas walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Blackbeard checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

Blackbeard uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Mangtas.

A slapping body kick lands there for Blackbeard.
Mangtas tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Blackbeard manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Blackbeard scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Mangtas doesn't seem bothered though.
A looping hook to the body misses from Blackbeard. Mangtas does a little dance to reset his feet.

Maybe Blackbeard would be better served going for some more strikes rather than trying to control so much.
Blackbeard pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Mangtas throws a low kick, looking for Blackbeard's leg but Blackbeard calmly moves out of range.
Buggy Blackbeard is winning the standup battle so far.
Mangtas drives through and clinches with Blackbeard against the cage.
Mangtas throws a head punch that misses.
Blackbeard will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Mangtas up against the cage.
Mangtas misses with a hook from the clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Mangtas keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Blackbeard's efforts to push away.
Mangtas misses with some punches.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Mangtas doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Mangtas swings wildly with an uppercut but Blackbeard uses good head movement to avoid it.

Mangtas stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
