The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oztrad's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Oztrad duly obliges.
It looks like Pedro Penduko has been cut.
Penduko scores with a takedown into Oztrad's guard.

Penduko makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Oztrad is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Oztrad wants to control the position but Penduko says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard.
Oztrad has hold of Penduko's hands but Penduko slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Penduko is looking for a kimura but Oztrad is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Penduko to get the leverage.
Penduko has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Oztrad defend it? Penduko steps over the head and cranks it - Oztrad is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Penduko!
