Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Nate Cruz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Funny Jobber (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Cruz might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Headstrong-Trapt. Nate Cruz has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jobber gets caught napping as Cruz dives in and scores a takedown. Jobber manages to retain guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Cruz is sitting in close to Jobber's body. Jobber has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Cruz is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Cruz is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Jobber.
