Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kari Moukari (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcos Alejandro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Moukari kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Tech N9ne - Stress Relief. 9 - 12 - 0, fighting out of London, Marcos Alejandro! The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Phil Schofield and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Moukari throws a solid leg kick but Alejandro takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Moukari. Moukari throws a head kick that misses. Moukari throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
It looks like Marcos Alejandro has been cut. Alejandro moves to clinch but Moukari breaks away and Moukari counters with a three punch combo that has Alejandro backing up. Alejandro nods at Moukari to acknowledge the strikes. Moukari throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Moukari has closed the distance and engaged Alejandro in a clinch.
Moukari is trying to push Alejandro away but Alejandro has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Alejandro trying to stall but Moukari improves his position.
Alejandro is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Moukari pulls him back up using the underhooks. Moukari takes an elbow to the forehead.

Moukari shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Alejandro as he jumps to the side. Moukari gets tackled into the cage by Alejandro. Alejandro maintains the clinch.

Kari Moukari has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Marcos Alejandro. Moukari breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. The fight moves into the clinch position. Moukari breaks the clinch.
Alejandro tries to clinch and Moukari counters with a single leg into guard. Alejandro didn't expect that. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Alejandro pushes Moukari off and scrambles back to his feet.
Moukari circles away from the clinch attempt and Moukari counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Alejandro's guard now. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Alejandro escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Moukari gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Moukari scoring with some ground and pound. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kari Moukari dominated that round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Alejandro moves into the clinch successfully.
Alejandro prevents Moukari from breaking the clinch. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Alejandro pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage. Moukari breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Moukari fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Alejandro to the ground. Moukari is now in Alejandro's guard. Moukari makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Alejandro is working an open guard so Moukari takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Moukari tries to bum rush Alejandro with a series of wild strikes but Alejandro uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Moukari pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Alejandro moves in looking to clinch but Moukari pushes him off. Alejandro moves into the clinch successfully.

Alejandro tries to close the distance and clinch up but Moukari swats him away and circles back towards the center. Alejandro wants to clinch but Moukari slips to the side and Moukari counters with a shoot takedown. Alejandro fights it but they end up in guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Moukari is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Alejandro is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Moukari is controlling him. Alejandro is looking for a triangle but Moukari pushes his legs off easily.

The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Alejandro with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Moukari slips a nice elbow through Alejandro's hands, connecting with Alejandro's forehead. Moukari is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Moukari pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Moukari breaks from Alejandro's wrist control and lands an elbow.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Moukari tries to control but Alejandro wriggling away. Moukari is landing with some decent strikes but Alejandro is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Alejandro really wants to buck Moukari off and get back to his feet. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Moukari working the ground and pound effectively.
You get the feeling that Alejandro really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Moukari lands a big shot there that rocks Alejandro but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

Moukari postures up and lands a whopping elbow - oh that's hurt Alejandro bigstyle! Two more strikes land for Moukari and the fight is over!
