Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mike Howard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ol Bastard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Howard comes to the cage accompanied by My Block. Bastard has chosen Montivantion as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
8 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Mike Howard!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
23 - 21 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ol Bastard!
The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Paul Gruel and Chris Saunders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bastard stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Bastard wants it to stay on the feet.
Bastard moves into the clinch.
Bastard jumps guard and drags Howard to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Bastard avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Howard trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Bastard is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Howard accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Bastard is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Howard wants to pass the guard but Bastard is keeping the position.
Howard postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Howard postures up in Bastard's guard and throws a big left but Bastard blocks it.
Bastard is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Bastard bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Howard's guard.
Howard keeping full guard, as Bastard tries to pass.
Bastard is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Bastard scoring with punches to the head and body.
Bastard tries to free his leg and advance position but Howard is retaining full guard.
Howard on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Howard tries to get out of the position.
Bastard sitting in guard, not really doing much.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Bastard looking to pass the guard.
Bastard gets to his feet - Howard follows without any prompting.
Bastard scores with a body shot.
Howard has his takedown stuffed
and Bastard counters with a straight right hand.
Howard is breathing heavily.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Bastard getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Howard looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mike Howard. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Howard fails with the takedown
and Bastard counters with a left hand that sends Howard to the canvas!
Howard is rocked!
Bastard passes Howard's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Oh Howard is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Bastard is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
Howard seems to have got his legs back now.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Howard is looking to improve his position.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bastard wants to pass to mount but Howard is defending the position.
Howard knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Bastard on the ground.
Bastard passes the guard and advances to mount!
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Bastard raining down shots from the mount!
Bastard looking to control and managing it successfully.
Let's hope that Bastard has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ol Bastard dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
A punch lands to the side of Howard 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Bastard is throwing a storm of strikes! Right hook, left hook and follows it up with a spinning back fist! Howard hits the canvas like a rag doll! And just like that, this one is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:15 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Ol Bastard!
Ol Bastard tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
