The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Stewart Dunkirk and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ferrat throws an overhand right that lands on Villia's shoulder, as Villia tries to avoid the shot.
The fight stays on the outside here - Villia looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Ferrat is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Villia.
Villia fails with a takedown attempt.
Villia tries to clinch up but Ferrat circles away and keeps his distance.
Villia shoots in but Ferrat avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Ferrat throws a lazy right hand but Villia sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Ferrat just misses with a punch to the body.
Nice body punch from Ferrat.
Anthony Villia seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ferrat connects with a body shot that sends Villia's belly button to the back.

Villia moves out of range of the strikes.
Villia ducks under a wild hook from Ferrat.
Ferrat lands with a good body shot.
Villia looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Ferrat is fending him off so far but Villia persists. Nope, Ferrat circles away and we're back to standing.

Villia misses with an uppercut
and Ferrat counters with a huge overhand right that connects right on the temple, sending him crumpling, face first to the floor! This one is all over! What a knockout!
