Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Gunmetal Grey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pablo Santos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Grey's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Killed By Death. Santos comes into a darkened arena with his song building. The Choosen One by Forever in Terror kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Grey checks a leg kick.
A shot to the liver by Santos. Beautiful body shot.
Santos finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Santos takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Santos throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Grey keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Grey lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Santos circles away quickly and effectively.
A left lands for Santos.

It looks like Gunmetal Grey has been cut.
Santos cracks Grey with a right hand to the side of the head.

Grey looks for a takedown but Santos sprawls well.

Santos lands with an uppercut that bounces Grey off the cage and back into range.

Grey shoots for a double leg takedown but Santos sprawls well. He's pushed Grey's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Grey takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Horrible takedown by Santos or perhaps it was just good defense by Grey which made him look bad.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Santos throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Grey's waist but Grey gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Santos off to one side.
