The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Segura shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Imanari sprawls well. Imanari wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Segura gets slowly back to his feet.
Imanari throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Segura closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Imanari's guard.
Segura pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Imanari is keeping the position for now.
Segura works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Segura is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Segura is trying to advance to mount but he's lost his balance and Imanari reverses the position - he's now on top in Segura's guard.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Segura is looking to get back to full guard here but Imanari has managed to pass to side control instead.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Imanari tries to control but Segura wriggling away.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Imanari jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Segura is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Segura and Imanari has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

Segura tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Imanari swivels and escapes.

The fight stays on the outside here - Imanari looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Segura closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Imanari did well to prevent Segura getting side control.

Segura seems to be looking for submissions.
Segura is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Imanari is just riding it out for now. Segura eventually gives up the hold.

Imanari is pressing down on Segura's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Imanari pushes a forearm under Segura's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Segura is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
