Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Cash (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Capt Larsen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Larsen has chosen Gravediggaz - Diary of a madman as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 1, fighting out of London, John Cash! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Capt Larsen! The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, James Atkins and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cash wants to clinch up but Larsen keeps it at a distance. Cash drives through with a takedown into guard. Larsen wants to stand but Cash is controlling the position. Cash would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Cash stands up from guard. Let's bang! Larsen misses with a series of wild punches.
A combination from Larsen does no damage. A punch combination from Larsen misses. Larsen moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Larsen circles away from the clinch attempt.
Larsen gets a clinch. Larsen wants to break the clinch but can't.

Larsen is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the ropes. Larsen cracks Cash with a nice body shot. Larsen managing to block the knees to the body from Cash.

Cash shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Larsen's guard. Larsen looking for a sweep. Not yet Larsen, not yet. Cash has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Cash has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Larsen is proving hard to escape from. Larsen is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Larsen pushes Cash off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.

Larsen is fending him off so far but Cash persists. Nope, Larsen circles away and we're back to standing. Some wild striking there from Larsen.
Cash darts in trying to clinch and Larsen counters with a left and a right that stings Cash. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Cash wants to clinch and Larsen counters with a nice uppercut. Cash checks a leg kick nicely. Larsen throws a right and a left that Cash avoids nicely.

John Cash seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Larsen looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Cash checks a low kick from Larsen. Cash tries to clinch and Larsen moves into the clinch. Larsen is trying to break the clinch but Cash has him pressed against the ropes. Larsen breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Capt Larsen dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Larsen dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Cash. That did some damage! Cash takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Danga de danga de dang - Larsen scores with a four punch combination! Larsen misses with a two punch combination.
Cash shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Larsen counters with a straight punch to the midsection. No joy there for Larsen, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Larsen throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Larsen. Larsen throws a leg kick but Cash sees it coming and checks it nicely. Cash shoots for a double leg takedown but Larsen sprawls well. He's pushed Cash's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Larsen lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Horrible takedown by Cash or perhaps it was just good defense by Larsen which made him look bad. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for John Cash. That's going to take a lot out of him. Larsen throws a body kick that misses. Cash closes the distance but Larsen moves to the side and Larsen counters with a lovely shot to the body.

John Cash is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Cash wants to clinch but Larsen slips to the side enabling Larsen to counter with a crisp jab. Cash tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Larsen counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Larsen throws a front kick that sends Cash stumbling back into the ropes. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Cash darts in trying to clinch and Larsen counters with a leg kick then a big left hand that sends Cash down! Larsen is looking to finish but Cash is intelligently defending himself.
Cash is rocked! Larsen controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Oh Cash is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Larsen's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Cash is looking to stand up but Larsen isn't so interested in that idea. Cash seems to have got his legs back now.

Cash tries to move into range but Larsen moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage! Cash shoots in for a double leg but Larsen sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Larsen digs a good hook to Cash's body.
