Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Love Bug (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyler Crain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bug kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Big Ballin with My Homies. Crain is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by The Roots - Kool On. Tyler Crain has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Love Bug! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Tyler Crain! The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, William Peck and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bug throws a leg kick and Crain counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Crain lands a left hand.
Bug breaks from the clinch.
Bug staying out of range there. Crain lands a high kick!
That kick from Bug tenderised Crain's leg. Crain is trying to keep his angry face on. Crain throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Bug throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Bug walks into a jab. Bug moves out of range of the body kick from Crain.
A leg kick checked by Bug. Bug gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Crain throws a nice inside leg kick. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Crain takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Good leg kick by Bug there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Bug pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Crain throws a leg kick but Bug sees it coming and moves out of range. Nice jab there from Bug. Crain staying out of range there.
That's one minute gone in the round. A head kick misses from Crain. Bug blocks a head kick by Crain.
A cross from Bug lands. An inside leg kick lands from Bug. Bug keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Bug fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. A slapping leg kick lands for Bug.
Crain looks gassed! A slapping body kick lands there for Bug. Crain blocks a leg kick. Bug throws a head kick that misses. Bug fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Crain. A nice inside leg kick there by Bug. That's going to slow Crain down. Bug looks to land a body kick but Crain moved away. That kick from Bug tenderised Crain's leg. Crain is trying to keep his angry face on. Bug scoring well with a low kick there.
Bug thuds his right hand into Crain's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Bug gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bug lands with a right to the head. Bug's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Good leg kick by Bug there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Bug throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Bug is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. Good exchange - Bug coming out on top. Bug connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Crain momentarily.
Crain chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Bug can pounce on him.
A combination from Bug does no damage. Bug throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Tyler Crain seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Bug lands a body shot.
Bug connects with a solid leg kick. Bug lands a front kick. Bug throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. A head kick misses from Bug. Bug fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Bug fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Crain has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bug misses with a low kick. Crain on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Bug. Bug obviously looking to wear him down.
Crain slips a jab and a cross from Bug.
Crain throws a head kick that misses. Bug feints a jab promting Crain to slip. Bug then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Crain slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. Crain walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Bug lands a front kick to the face, that drops Crain to the canvas! Is he dazed or just shocked? He's back to his feet and the referee is going to allow him to continue the fight! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Crain walks into a big right hand from Bug and goes down! The referee sends Bug to a neutral corner as Crain gets back to his feet. He looks OK so we're back under way. Bug throws a nice outside leg kick. A chopping leg kick lands by Bug. Bug is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Bug chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Crain swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Bug scores a flash knockdown with a right hook that drops Crain to his hands and knees! The ref pushes Bug away as he looks to land an illegal blow. Crain got an extra few seconds to recover there, which could have made all the differences as he stumbles back to his feet. The referee looks into his eyes and decides to allow the bout to continue. Can he survive?!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bug connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Ohhhhhhhhhh, brutal head kick from Bug! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:10 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Love Bug! Love Bug decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
