Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Yohan Machida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Late Puu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Machida comes to the cage accompanied by One Man Army. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Machida misses with a looping left.
Good exchange - Machida coming out on top.
Puu takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.

Puu darts in and clinches Machida up against the cage.
Machida has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Puu breaks from the clinch.
Yohan Machida seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Puu scores a takedown into full mount!
Machida sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
Puu should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Puu wants to stand up but Machida is controlling the position.

Machida is refusing to be controlled, as Puu sits in half guard.
Machida is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Puu's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Puu's back!
