Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Grayson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wembley Wilkerson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wembley Wilkerson told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Ryan Grayson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Wembley Wilkerson!
The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Josh West and Jeff Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A momentary lapse in concentration from Grayson enables Wilkerson to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Grayson manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Wilkerson postures up.
Grayson is really struggling to control Wilkerson but he's trying to hold on to the position.
Wilkerson stands and steps away. Grayson gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Grayson lands with a good body shot.
Grayson looks to score with a jab to the body but Wilkerson is just out of range.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Wilkerson.
Grayson blocks a head kick by Wilkerson.
Wilkerson shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Grayson as he jumps to the side.
Wilkerson shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Grayson pushes Wilkerson off but Wilkerson dives into side control.
That's one minute gone in the round.

Grayson looking for a sweep but Wilkerson has passed into full mount! Oh no!
Wilkerson takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Grayson has left one of his arms exposed and Wilkerson doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Grayson screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
