Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Chris Downing and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Malyutin moves out of range as Smith strikes.
Malyutin uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Smith.
Smith lands a nice looking body shot.
Malyutin slips a straight right by Smith.
Smith misses with a series of wild punches.
Malyutin shoots for a double leg takedown but Smith sprawls well. He's pushed Malyutin's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Malyutin rushes Smith and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Malyutin tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Smith breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Malyutin looks for a takedown but Smith sprawls well.
Malyutin ducks under a wild hook from Smith.
Smith throws an overhand right that lands on Malyutin's shoulder, as Malyutin tries to avoid the shot.
Smith forces Malyutin back against the cage and clinches.

Smith makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.

With the fighters up against the cage, Malyutin throws an elbow but misses.

Malyutin tries to grapple but his opponent circles
enabling Smith to counter with a crisp jab.

Smith looks to land a right hand but Malyutin moved out of range.
Malyutin tries to clinch up
and Smith counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Smith throws a nice looking combination but Malyutin bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Smith missing with a left hand there. Malyutin was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Malyutin misses with a takedown attempt
and Smith counters with a nice uppercut.
Jose Smith has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Radmir Malyutin.
Malyutin wants to clinch
and Smith counters with a big right hand! Oh Malyutin is in trouble here! Smith follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!
