And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Nanaki Yotomishi!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, William Gold and Chris Edwards.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yotomishi throws a body punch but Stewart moves out of range.
Stewart with a lazy takedown attempt
and Yotomishi counters with a nice low kick that buckles Stewart's knee momentarily.

Stewart throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Yotomishi was covering up waiting for the punch and Stewart finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Stewart throws a big elbow that misses.

Yotomishi is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Stewart with a flurry of punches that miss.

Yotomishi escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Stewart gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Stewart lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Stewart controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Stewart cracks Yotomishi with a solid left hand.
Stewart in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.

Yotomishi looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

Stewart throws a big elbow that misses.
Stewart wants to pass the guard but Yotomishi is keeping the position.

Yotomishi is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Stewart knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Yotomishi on the ground.
Stewart scores with a decent looking elbow strike.

Stewart avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Stewart postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Yotomishi has momentary wrist control but Stewart slips an elbow through the middle.
Stewart working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Yotomishi's head.

Stewart is sitting in close to Yotomishi's body. Yotomishi has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Stewart is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Stewart is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Yotomishi.
