Velasquez looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
It looks like Cain Velasquez has been cut.
Esnar drops Velasquez with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Velasquez looks back up at him and smiles so Esnar waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
