Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between John Cena (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Boris Lebedinsky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, John Cena! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Boris Lebedinsky! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lebedinsky tries to keep at a distance but Cena has taken the fight into the clinch. Cena has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Cena tries to break free but Lebedinsky pushes him back against the cage. Cena tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Cena tries to pull guard but Lebedinsky won't allow it.
Lebedinsky breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Lebedinsky fails with a takedown attempt. Cena doesn't manage to clinch there - Lebedinsky circles away.
Cena scores with a takedown into Lebedinsky's guard. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Lebedinsky avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Cena stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Lebedinsky swivels though and keeps the full guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Lebedinsky trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage. Lebedinsky has control of Cena's left arm, preventing Cena from doing any damage. Cena has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Cena tries to free his leg and advance position but Lebedinsky is retaining full guard. Lebedinsky wriggles free and stands up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lebedinsky shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Cena pinned against the cage. Cena gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Cena throws a right hand that Lebedinsky ducks under and follows up with a left that Lebedinsky also avoids with ease. Lebedinsky fails with a takedown attempt. John Cena has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Boris Lebedinsky. Cena looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Lebedinsky is fending him off so far but Cena persists. Nope, Lebedinsky circles away and we're back to standing. Lebedinsky shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Cena as he avoids it easily. Cena fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Cena throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Lebedinsky's waist but Lebedinsky gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Cena off to one side. Cena is breathing heavily. Cena throws a body kick, spinning off balance and Lebedinsky counters with an outside leg kick.
Cena throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Lebedinsky changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Cena tries to avoid it but Lebedinsky manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Cena to the ground. Cena escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Cena dives in and scores a takedown into Lebedinsky's guard. Lebedinsky is pulling down on Cena's head to control his posture.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lebedinsky scrambles and gets back to his feet.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Cena leaves Lebedinsky with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Cena gets in close and instigates a clinch. Lebedinsky breaks from the clinch.
A combination from Lebedinsky does no damage. Cena throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Lebedinsky showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Cena.
Cena tries to score a power double leg takedown but Lebedinsky sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Cena somewhat. Lebedinsky pushes Cena up against the cage in a clinch.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lebedinsky wants a takedown.
Cena tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Lebedinsky just stands there and leans against the cage. Cena is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Lebedinsky pulls him back up using the underhooks. Lebedinsky stalling.
Cena is trying to force a seperation but Lebedinsky has the dominant position. Lebedinsky's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Cena wants to get back to striking at distance but Lebedinsky won't allow it.

Cena gets control of Lebedinsky's arms and successfully pulls guard. Cena will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Cena is working an open guard so Lebedinsky takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Cena throws a right hand that Lebedinsky ducks under and follows up with a left that Lebedinsky also avoids with ease. Lebedinsky ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Nice takedown defense from Lebedinsky. No joy for Cena on that attempt. Lebedinsky fails to land the takedown. Lebedinsky moves into the clinch successfully.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Lebedinsky uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Cena. Lebedinsky instigates a clinch. Lebedinsky lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Cena or not. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Cena jumps into guard, dragging Lebedinsky to the mat.

That was a close round but I would say that John Cena will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Lebedinsky closes the distance and clinches. Cena tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Lebedinsky avoids it. Cena prevents the takedown attempt.
Lebedinsky escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Cena fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Cena tries to clinch but Lebedinsky is having none of it. Lebedinsky avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Cena misses with a lunging right hand
and Lebedinsky counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Lebedinsky. Cena is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Lebedinsky is defending well for now. Lebedinsky is looking for a takedown. Lebedinsky pulls guard effortlessly. Lebedinsky has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Cena drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Lebedinsky manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Cena has Lebedinsky in his guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lebedinsky looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Cena wants to stand and escape but Lebedinsky is having none of it. Cena trying to control the position.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Boris Lebedinsky. Lebedinsky stuffs the takedown. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Lebedinsky is defended easily by Cena. John Cena has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Boris Lebedinsky. Cena tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Lebedinsky swivels and escapes. Cena gets tackled into the cage by Lebedinsky. Lebedinsky maintains the clinch. Cena fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Lebedinsky pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cena shoots in and bounces Lebedinsky off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Lebedinsky looking for a sweep. Not yet Lebedinsky, not yet. Lebedinsky throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Lebedinsky stays in close to Cena's body and controls the position. Lebedinsky must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Cena is trying to control the position but Lebedinsky postures up. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Lebedinsky controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
The ref stands the fighters back up because John Cena just wasn't active enough. Lebedinsky dives in and grabs Cena's left leg, looking for a takedown. Cena pushes down on Lebedinsky's head and hops out. John Cena is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Lebedinsky is looking to clinch. Boris Lebedinsky showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!
Cena shoots in but no luck this time. Cena really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Lebedinsky fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Cena. Lebedinsky fails with a takedown attempt. Lebedinsky closes this distance looking for a takedown but Cena circles away. Lebedinsky connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Cena's hands. Lebedinsky stuffs the takedown attempt from Cena. Cena gets slowly back to his feet. Cena shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for John Cena. That's going to take a lot out of him. Lebedinsky tries to score a power double leg takedown but Cena sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Lebedinsky somewhat. Danga de danga de dang - Lebedinsky scores with a four punch combination! Cena rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Lebedinsky moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Cena misses with a right hand and Lebedinsky connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lebedinsky fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Cena, pushing him back against the cage. Cena fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Lebedinsky manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Cena jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Lebedinsky walks away with a smile on his face. Cena gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. John Cena seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Lebedinsky takes the fight into the clinch. Lebedinsky pulls guard effortlessly. Cena is in close to Lebedinsky's body, working some short punches and elbows. Lebedinsky is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Lebedinsky thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Cena's head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lebedinsky thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Cena is defending against the submission attempts here by Lebedinsky.
Lebedinsky is looking to stand up but he'll have to free his leg first. Instead, Cena manages to get to full guard. Lebedinsky sitting in guard, not really doing much. Cena keeping moving, preventing Lebedinsky from controlling successfully.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lebedinsky looking to sit in guard and control but Cena gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Cena decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Lebedinsky, up you get! Boris Lebedinsky seems to be getting the better of the standup. Lebedinsky closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Cena is trying to force a seperation but Lebedinsky has the dominant position. Cena wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Lebedinsky wants a takedown.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A frustrated look appears on Cena's face as he tries to break the clinch. Cena wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Cena tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Lebedinsky breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Cena shoots for a double leg takedown but Lebedinsky sprawls well. He's pushed Cena's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Lebedinsky fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Cena, pushing him back against the cage. Cena letting Lebedinsky take a breather here. Lebedinsky crunches a lovely knee into Cena's ribcage. Lebedinsky breaks the clinch.
Cena fails with a takedown attempt. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Lebedinsky scores with a jab to the head.
