Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Spyde Radic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ellic McCrae (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
16 - 14 - 1, fighting out of New York, Spyde Radic! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Ellic McCrae! The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, David Schapiro and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Radic shoots in and gets a takedown into McCrae's guard. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Radic drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Radic jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Radic drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but McCrae manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Radic has McCrae in his guard. Radic is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. McCrae missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. McCrae working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. McCrae trying to control but Radic is working from the bottom. Radic keeping full guard, as McCrae tries to pass. McCrae postures up in Radic's guard and throws a big left but Radic blocks it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. McCrae is working Radic over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. McCrae got a little sloppy there for a moment and Radic has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, McCrae has managed to get both his arms back between Radic's legs - danger averted.
That's one minute gone in the round. McCrae in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Radic tries to strike from the bottom.
Radic looking to hit a scissor sweep but McCrae is one step ahead there. Radic manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. McCrae manages to get himself to full guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as McCrae accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Radic uses the cage to get back to his feet.
McCrae throws a hook but Radic blocks it. Radic takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Radic clinches up against the cage. This has been an exciting period of action! Radic landing knees to the head.
Radic is looking for a takedown. McCrae misses with a hook to the ribs.
Radic ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Radic no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. McCrae slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Radic not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
That's three minutes gone in the round. McCrae connects with a couple of short punches. Radic manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. McCrae manages to get himself to full guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Radic jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… McCrae is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by McCrae and Radic has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

Nice work there by McCrae! McCrae postures up in Radic's guard and throws a big left but Radic blocks it. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Radic looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Radic tries to land a sweep but no joy. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Spyde Radic dominated that round. That's time! Radic's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
McCrae waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Radic. McCrae misses with a takedown attempt - Radic sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Radic fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with McCrae, pushing him back against the cage. Radic using the Thai clinch to land knees to the body.
Radic is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. McCrae can't fight it off and eventually Radic manages to take the fight to the floor. McCrae looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard. Radic passes into half guard. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Spyde Radic overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
That's one minute gone in the round. Radic is trying to control. McCrae wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. McCrae looking for submissions from an awkward position here. McCrae looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. McCrae is breathing heavily. McCrae on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Radic wants to work for an arm triangle but McCrae is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Radic seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but McCrae does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Radic stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being. McCrae shoots in and drives through. Radic sprawls well. Radic throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. McCrae throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Radic keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Radic fakes the leg kick and cracks McCrae in the body. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Radic is defended easily by McCrae. McCrae stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and McCrae wants it to stay on the feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Spyde Radic. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Spyde Radic seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. McCrae throws the left hand but Radic avoids the punch easily. Radic has McCrae up against the cage in a clinch.

Radic has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. McCrae doesn't defend quickly enough and Radic has managed to lock this one up! Can McCrae escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Radic on a fantastic submission victory.
