Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Niko Sirki� (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vaughn Shaunessey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sirki� kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Thergothon - Elemental. Shaunessey has chosen Die Antwoord - Enter the Ninja as his entrance music. Niko Sirki� has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
14 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Niko Sirki�! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
12 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Vaughn Shaunessey! The judges for this bout are Josh West, Colin Fray and Micheangelo Fripello.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Shaunessey throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Shaunessey ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Sirki� uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Shaunessey.
Shaunessey thows a leg kick but Sirki� checks it and Sirki� counters with a stiff right hand.

It looks like Vaughn Shaunessey has been cut.
Oooh a lovely combination from Sirki� sends Shaunessey down but not out. Sirki� dives into side control looking to finish.

Shaunessey is rocked! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Sirki� misses with the ground and pound. Shaunessey is still in real trouble! Can Sirki� finish him? Sirki� lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. Shaunessey really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Sirki�. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Shaunessey pushes Sirki� away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Sirki� gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. Shaunessey is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Sirki� has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Sirki� working away. Shaunessey seems to have recovered his senses. Sirki� in side control here. He's dropped a big elbow there and Shaunessey looks hurt! Oh, he is hurt! Sirki� turns on the heat and pounds him out for a TKO victory! Good killer instinct there!
