The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Emerson Jorge and Alexandre Firmino.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barraquinha moves in looking to clinch but McGee pushes him off.
McGee shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Barraquinha's guard.
McGee trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Barraquinha manages to land a sweep and now he's on top!
McGee doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if McGee can do anything to dispel that myth.
Barraquinha wants to control from the top but McGee keeps moving.
