The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Junjie connects with a leg kick. Boswel looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Junjie throws a nice looking combination but Boswel bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Junjie has managed to clinch.

Junjie breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Boswel takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Boswel sizes up Junjie with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Junjie dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Boswel. That did some damage!

Junjie uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Boswel.
Boswel sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Boswel looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Boswel ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Junjie moves away.
