Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Forrest Gryphen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lars Lamzak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lars Lamzak has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, John Mangel and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed right hand from Lamzak misses the target.
Gryphen lands the left hand.
Lamzak takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Lamzak stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Gryphen uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Lamzak.

Lamzak is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Gryphen to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Gryphen shrugs it off.

Lamzak tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Lamzak has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Gryphen is pushing Lamzak's head away, looking to escape. Lamzak manages to hold on to the position though.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
