Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Renaldo Dominguez!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Butch Gunner!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Gregory Folan and Yves DeLean.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dominguez fails with the takedown.

Dominguez feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Gunner is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Dominguez sees it coming and defends easily.

Gunner wants to free his trapped foot but Dominguez is holding on for dear life with his legs.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Gunner seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Gunner is looking to take a break and control but Dominguez is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Dominguez manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Gunner on his heels. He'll look to pass Gunner's guard now, I'm sure.

Dominguez drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Gunner manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Dominguez has Gunner in his guard.
