The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Paxio swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Chen counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Paxio shoots for a takedown but Chen saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Chen, right into the meat.
Paxio doesn't manage to clinch there - Chen circles away.
Sloppy strikes from Paxio. Those never looked like landing.
Paxio changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Chen tries to avoid it but Paxio manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Chen to the ground. Chen escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Chen.
Paxio swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Paxio throws a right hand that Chen ducks under and follows up with a left that Chen also avoids with ease.
Paxio tries to bum rush Chen with a series of wild strikes but Chen uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Chen dips a shoulder and cracks Paxio with a mighty uppercut! Paxio falls back against the cage and Chen unloads with a barrage of strikes! Paxio is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Chen screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
