Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dog Penn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Juan Pablo Ramlho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ramlho has chosen Back To The Primitive - Soulfly as his entrance music. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Juan Pablo Ramlho! The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Paulo Santos and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ramlho slips under a jab. Penn closes the distance and clinches. Penn with a knee to the head.
It looks like Juan Pablo Ramlho has been cut. Ramlho lands a hook that snaps the head of Penn backwards. Ramlho swings wildly with an uppercut but Penn uses good head movement to avoid it. Ramlho swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Ramlho tries a body shot but Penn blocks it.
Penn misses with a hook from the clinch. An uppercut to the body lands inside from Penn. Penn on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Ramlho. A head punch on the inside from Ramlho fails to land. Ramlho tries a body shot but Penn blocks it.
Ramlho stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Nice elbow from Ramlho. Penn lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Penn looking to slow down the pace here. Ramlho is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage. Penn leaning against his opponent.
That's one minute gone in the round. Penn lands with a light punch inside. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Ramlho. Penn on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Ramlho is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Penn tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Ramlho's elbow. Penn avoids the elbow strike from Ramlho, against the cage.
Penn misses with a knee to the head. Ramlho misses with the head strike.
Ramlho goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

Ramlho breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Penn throws the left hand but Ramlho avoids the punch easily. Juan Pablo Ramlho is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Penn fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Ramlho to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Ramlho looks to clinch but Penn throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Ramlho taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
