Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Santiago Martinez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lorenzo Snow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Martinez comes to the cage accompanied by Major Lazer - Pon De Floor. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
17 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Santiago Martinez! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
14 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Lorenzo Snow! The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Ryoma Takatsuka and Roger Salmon.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Snow throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. Snow throws a leg kick and Martinez counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Martinez. Martinez preventing the sweep. Martinez wants to control from the top but Snow keeps moving. Martinez preventing the sweep.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Horrible takedown by Martinez or perhaps it was just good defense by Snow which made him look bad. Martinez takes one to the chin there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Snow is looking to clinch but Martinez is avoiding it.
Martinez fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Snow manages to avoid it. Martinez slips a jab and a cross from Snow.
A head kick misses from Martinez. Snow walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Martinez checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. Snow lands an overhand right.

It looks like Santiago Martinez has been cut. A low kick from Snow is predictable there and Martinez counters with a low kick, right behind Snow 's knee. Snow tries a low kick but Martinez avoids it. Martinez fails with a takedown attempt. Snow dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Snow tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Martinez manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Snow rushes Martinez and presses him up against the cage. Martinez throws a punch but it's blocked by Snow. Snow is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage. Martinez tries to pull guard but Snow won't allow it.

Martinez has Snow pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Snow manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Martinez jumps guard but Snow turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Snow lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Martinez backwards. Snow is looking to control Martinez's arms but Martinez gets an underhook and turns him. Now Snow has his back to the cage. Snow lands with a light punch inside. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Snow prevents a takedown attempt there.
Snow lands a body shot. Martinez misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Snow.
Martinez takes a shot to the head. Snow lands with a short shot to the head. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Snow is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage. Martinez is trying to pull guard but Snow has him pressed against the cage. Martinez changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Snow fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Martinez checks a leg kick nicely. Snow loads up on a big right hand but Martinez slips the punch. Snow checks the leg kick nicely there.

That's one minute gone in the round. Snow thuds his shin into the meat of Martinez's side. Snow fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Martinez checks it well. Snow throws a big shot that misses. Snow closes the distance and clinches. Martinez connects with a knee to the head.
It looks like Lorenzo Snow has been cut. Martinez looks to throw an elbow but misses. Martinez tries to score a body lock takedown but Snow shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Martinez goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Snow lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. A short right from Snow on the inside. Snow is trying to maintain a safe position but Martinez gets an underhook and turns Snow into the cage. Snow lands a nice uppercut.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Martinez will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Snow up against the cage. Lorenzo Snow seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far. Snow tries to work over Martinez's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Snow scores with a shot to the side of Martinez's head. Snow throws a punch but it's blocked by Martinez. Snow lands with a left to the head. Martinez lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage. Martinez is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Snow pulls him back up using the underhooks. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Santiago Martinez. Martinez blocks a body shot from Snow. Martinez tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Snow lands a left hand.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Snow creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Snow stalling against the cage.

Martinez swings wildly with an uppercut but Snow uses good head movement to avoid it. Snow misses with a hook from the clinch. Snow is looking to control Martinez's arms but Martinez gets an underhook and turns him. Now Snow has his back to the cage. Snow lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. Snow throws a punch but it's blocked by Martinez. Martinez lands a left hand that snaps the head of Snow backwards. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Martinez cracks Snow with a nice body shot.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Snow tries to throw a body punch but Martinez avoids it by throwing Snow back against the cage. Martinez is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Snow pulls him back up using the underhooks. Martinez jumps guard and drags Snow to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Snow postures up.
Snow tries to free his leg and advance position but Martinez is retaining full guard. Martinez looking for a sweep. Not yet Martinez, not yet. Snow content to stall in guard here. Martinez is trying to control the position from the bottom.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Martinez is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Lorenzo Snow showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!
Nice takedown defense from Snow. No joy for Martinez on that attempt. Snow connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Martinez throws a lazy head kick and Snow counters with a nice low kick that buckles Martinez's knee momentarily. Martinez just misses with a punch to the body.
Snow lands with a hook. Martinez tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Snow looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
That's one minute gone in the round. Martinez shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Snow pushes Martinez up against the cage in a clinch. Both guys are working to get underhooks. Martinez tries for a takedown but Snow manages to get underhooks.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Santiago Martinez. That's going to take a lot out of him. Snow slowing the pace effectively. Snow swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Snow blocks an elbow strike. A quick uppercut on the inside from Snow. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Snow misses with a hook to the ribs.

Snow is looking to control Martinez's arms but Martinez gets an underhook and turns him. Now Snow has his back to the cage. Martinez has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Snow is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Snow misses with a punch to the body.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Snow takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. Snow lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Snow digs a right hand underneath Martinez's ribcage. Martinez let out a lung full of air as it connected. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Snow lands a body punch in the clinch. Martinez tries a knee to the head but Snow blocks it.
The referee is keeping an eye on Snow - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Snow creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Snow just leaning against Martinez, taking a breather. Snow scores with an uppercut up the middle. Snow prevents a takedown attempt there.
Martinez gets a trip takedown into half guard. Snow preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head. Snow works his way to full guard. Good work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Snow is adopting a defensive guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Martinez in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Lorenzo Snow hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Snow is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Snow walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Martinez checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. Martinez is trying hard to land a takedown here. Snow sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Lorenzo Snow is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Snow throws a series of punches but Martinez moves out of range. Santiago Martinez has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Snow tries a low kick but Martinez avoids it.
And that's the end of the fight! Lorenzo Snow comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Snow winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
