Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kenichi Shirahama (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hessu Hopo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shirahama comes to the cage accompanied by Fade To Black. Hopo has chosen Gers Pardoel - Ik Neem Je Mee as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

20 - 12 - 0, fighting out of London, Hessu Hopo!
The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Ren Mimura and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hopo connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Shirahama - that will leave a mark!
Shirahama circles away from the clinch attempt.
Shirahama lands with a kick to the temple. Hopo shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
It looks like Hessu Hopo has been cut.
Shirahama throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Hopo tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Shirahama is in Hopo's guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Hopo looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Shirahama working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Shirahama has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Shirahama accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Shirahama will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Shirahama wants to control from the top but Hopo keeps moving.
Hopo has control of Shirahama's left arm, preventing Shirahama from doing any damage.

Shirahama drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Shirahama as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Hopo screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Shirahama! Nice submission victory there!
