Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Antonio Davis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jon Leloup (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Davis comes to the cage accompanied by Franz Ferdinand - Ulysses. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are William Peck, Dillan Fox and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Davis, as that shot connected.
Leloup takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Davis misses with a jab, cross combination.
Leloup throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Sloppy strikes from Davis. Those never looked like landing.
Leloup uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Davis.
Davis fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Davis throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Leloup on the side of the head.
That kick from Leloup tenderised Davis's leg. Davis is trying to keep his angry face on.
Leloup misses with a shot to the body
and Davis counters with a nice body shot.
Davis ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Leloup moves away.

Decent striking displayed by Davis there.
Davis scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

Leloup loads up on a big right hand but Davis slips the punch.

Leloup dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Davis takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Leloup is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Leloup throws a shot from downtown. Davis moves away and avoids it.
Davis throws a looping overhand right but Leloup ducks down to avoid it.

It looks like Antonio Davis has been cut.
Davis throws out a loose jab but Leloup uses good head movement to avoid it.

Antonio Davis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Davis takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Leloup throws a low kick, looking for Davis's leg but Davis calmly moves out of range.

Davis throws a hook to the side of Leloup's head but Leloup sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Davis gets tackled into the cage by Leloup. Leloup maintains the clinch.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
Davis seems a little flustered. He's come in with the intention of controlling the clinch but Leloup is preventing him from doing so, at least for the moment.
Davis lands a hook to the side of the head.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Davis creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Davis is trying to stall.
Leloup cracks Davis with a nice body shot.
Leloup escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Davis is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
Davis attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Leloup scores with a jab. Davis acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Davis is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Leloup throws a hook to the side of Davis's head but Davis sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Leloup drives through and clinches with Davis against the cage.

Leloup pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

and Davis counters with a series of strikes. Leloup will be more careful next time no doubt.
Davis rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Leloup connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Leloup lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Leloup checks the leg kick nicely there.
Leloup slips under a jab from Davis.
A combination from Davis does no damage.
A telegraphed right hand from Leloup misses the target.
Davis is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Leloup misses with a series of wild punches.
A nice combination there by Davis.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Leloup tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Davis counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Leloup connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Davis's hands.
Davis is rocked!
Davis throws a body punch but Leloup moves out of range.
Oh Davis is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Davis on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Leloup. Leloup obviously looking to wear him down.

Some bone on bone action there as Leloup checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Davis avoids the head kick by Leloup.
Davis seems to have got his legs back now.

Leloup fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Davis connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Davis dodges the punch combination from Leloup.
Davis misses with the combination.
Some wild striking there from Davis.
Leloup lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Leloup takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Leloup misses with a series of wild punches.
Leloup looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Jon Leloup will probably get the nod.

That's time! Davis's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Leloup steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Davis. That one must have hurt.
Davis dodges the punch combination from Leloup.
Leloup ducks right into an uppercut from Davis.
Davis looks to throw the jab but Leloup is out of range.
Davis blocks a jab.
Leloup moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

Davis lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Leloup ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Leloup shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Leloup tries to close the distance and clinch up but Davis swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Leloup throws a lazy right hand but Davis sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Leloup takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Leloup takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Leloup lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Davis falls backwards - clearly groggy! Leloup dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
