Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Marlo Froch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Darius Parker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Froch might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Can't be touched. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
18 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Marlo Froch! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
28 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Darius Parker! The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Elvis Blanc and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Froch keeps the fight on the outside. Froch misses with a jab, cross combination.
A low kick from Froch misses and Parker counters with a slapping leg kick. Froch avoids the head kick by Parker.
Froch misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Parker.
Froch throws a right and a left that both miss. Parker throws a series of punches but Froch moves out of range. Froch pushes Parker up against the cage in a clinch. Froch stalling in the clinch.
Froch wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Parker can't get the takedown.
Parker pulls guard effortlessly. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Parker is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Froch defends well. Parker is pulling down on Froch's head to control his posture.
That's one minute gone in the round. Parker striking off his back but it's not causing Froch any problems. Parker working a defensive guard here.
Froch has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Froch wants to stand and escape but instead Parker has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Froch is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Parker is controlling him. Parker stopping the sweep attempt from Froch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Parker trying to control but Froch is working from the bottom. Parker tries to free his leg and advance position but Froch is retaining full guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Parker trying to control but Froch is working from the bottom. Parker controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Darius Parker has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Parker avoids a punch combination nicely.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Parker shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Froch defends it nicely. Marlo Froch has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Darius Parker. Froch takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Parker moves out of range of the strikes. Parker dodges the punch combination from Froch.
Parker shoots in and drives through. Froch sprawls well. Froch misses with a kick to the body.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Froch throws a right and a left that Parker avoids nicely. Parker wants to clinch up but Froch keeps it at a distance. Parker shoots in for a takedown but Froch shows good takedown defense. Parker gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Froch finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body. Marlo Froch is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Parker looks gassed! Froch displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Parker. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. A leg kick checked by Parker. Parker tries to close the distance and clinch but Froch swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Froch clinches up against the cage. Parker breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Froch throws a nice looking combination but Parker bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. A chopping leg kick lands by Parker. Froch throws a series of punches but Parker avoids them all with ease. Marlo Froch is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Parker jabs Froch to the body, keeping him at a distance. Froch fails to land with a series of punches.
Froch misses with a looping left. Froch keeps the fight on the outside. Parker shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Froch as he avoids it easily. Parker throws a body punch but Froch moves out of range. The fight stays on the outside here - Parker looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Parker takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Froch pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Froch lands with a shot to the body. Froch takes one to the chin there. Froch throws a jab but it's blocked by Parker. Parker lands a head kick!
Froch swats away the attempt to clinch by Parker. Parker takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Froch lands with a right hand. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Froch looks to land a left hand but Parker moved out of range nicely. Parker wants to clinch but Froch slips to the side and Froch counters with a left and a right that stings Parker. Darius Parker seems to be getting the better of the standup.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Parker gets in close and instigates a clinch. Parker manages to pull guard.
Froch tries to stand but Parker is controlling from the bottom. Parker not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Parker looking for a sweep. Not yet Parker, not yet. Froch wants to pass the guard but Parker is keeping the position. Parker wants to stand and escape but Froch is having none of it. Froch trying to control but Parker is working from the bottom.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Marlo Froch just wasn't active enough. Parker pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Froch misses with an uppercut. Froch leaves Parker with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Parker tries to clinch there but Froch circles away.

Parker closes the distance and clinches. Parker drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Marlo Froch has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Darius Parker. Parker wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Froch has him pressed against the cage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Froch wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Froch has had enough of the clinch but Parker keeps him there for the moment. Parker wants the takedown. Froch is fighting it off but Parker persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Froch's guard against the cage. Parker preventing the sweep. Froch has his feet on Parker's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work. Parker moves out of range of the strikes. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Parker scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Froch desperately trying to maintain half guard. Froch is not content to let Parker control the position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Darius Parker hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Froch fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Parker is out of range.

Parker tries to close the distance and clinch up but Froch swats him away and circles back towards the center. Froch is looking to chop away at Parker's legs. Froch throws a right and a left that both miss. Parker is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Froch falls off balance throwing a combination

Parker defending well as Froch loads up on a big left hand. Froch tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target. Parker tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Froch swings for the body but Parker moves out of range.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Froch slaps away a takedown attempt from Parker, before circling back to the center of the mat. Parker feints and as Froch raises his hands in defense, Parker changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Froch bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Parker's guard. Parker looking for a sweep. Not yet Parker, not yet. Parker manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Froch manages to get himself to full guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Froch wants to sweep but no luck. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Parker advances to half guard. Parker controlling the action here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Froch is looking for a sweep. Parker is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Parker trying to control from half guard but Froch is working away. Parker looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Froch tries to kick Parker off but Parker keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Parker is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Froch wants to get back to his feet. Parker prevents Froch from improving his position. Froch looks like he's trying to stand up.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Froch wants to control but Parker is keeping busy and won't allow it.
And that's the end of the fight! Darius Parker comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Parker has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
