Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Benjamin St Andre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Robinson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think St Andre might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to When the Saints Go Marching In. Chris Robinson has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Robinson fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but St Andre is out of range.
St Andre scores with a leg kick.
St Andre throws a jab when Robinson was well out of range.
St Andre throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Robinson stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
St Andre connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Robinson is looking to land body kicks.
St Andre takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
St Andre throws a front kick aimed at Robinson's knee but Robinson avoids it well.

St Andre throws a leg kick which misses Robinson's front leg but catches the back leg as Robinson tries to avoid it.

Robinson's hands are dropping dangerously low here and St Andre connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Robinson scrambles back to his feet.

St Andre catches Robinson with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
St Andre lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Chris Robinson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Robinson swings for the body but St Andre moves out of range.
St Andre looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
St Andre is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Robinson lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

A looping hook to the body misses from Robinson. St Andre does a little dance to reset his feet.

St Andre uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Robinson has time to react.
Robinson takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Robinson is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
A jab from St Andre finds it's way through Robinson's defenses.
St Andre lands a nice hook to Robinson's body. Robinson takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Robinson takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
St Andre connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
St Andre shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Robinson eats them both and turns towards St Andre to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Robinson closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Robinson does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

and St Andre counters with a left and a right... And another left! Robinson is down! He's done! The ref dives in to save him and that's the end of the fight!
