Rickets has chosen Notorious B.I.G - Juicy as his entrance music. Jhon Carter has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Alan Glass and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carter throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Rickets sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Carter shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Rickets as he jumps to the side.
Rickets works Carter's body with a nice hook.
A left and a right from Rickets both land. Nice combination.
It looks like Jhon Carter has been cut.
Rickets avoids the head kick by Carter.
Carter showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Rickets.
Carter tries to clinch up but Rickets circles away and keeps his distance.
Rickets pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Rickets throws a series of punches but Carter moves out of range.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Sloppy strikes from Rickets. Those never looked like landing.
No joy there for Rickets, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Rickets scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Rickets lands with a cross.
Carter is rocked!
Carter throws a nice head kick!
It looks like Chris Rickets has been cut.
Rickets lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Carter can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Rickets and Carter drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Rickets.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Chris Rickets!
A relieved looking Chris Rickets thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
