Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Charles Booth (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Trip Kenzie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Booth comes to the cage accompanied by Living Colour- Cult of personality. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Charles Booth! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
20 - 20 - 0, fighting out of London, Trip Kenzie! The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, James Ackerman and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kenzie swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
so Booth counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Booth throws a big right hand that misses. Booth postures up in Kenzie's guard and throws a big left but Kenzie blocks it. Booth wants to control from the top but Kenzie keeps moving. Booth passes Kenzie's left leg - he's now in half guard. Kenzie is looking to escape. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Booth throwing shots but Kenzie is blocking nicely. Kenzie is staying active underneath Booth, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Kenzie wants to get back to full guard. Booth takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. This has been an exciting period of action! Kenzie is trying to maintain the position but Booth is very close to passing his half guard. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Booth lands a nice short elbow.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kenzie keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount. Ground and pound from Booth. Booth seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Kenzie does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Booth lands a nice short elbow. Booth passes the guard and advances to mount! Kenzie in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Booth putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! Kenzie tries to lock up and control but Booth gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Booth with the ground and pound from mount. Kenzie is squirming around, avoiding Booth's attempts to control the action. Booth lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Booth controlling from mount. Kenzie taking shots to the head. Kenzie is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Booth landing shots from mount. Booth has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Booth connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Kenzie is bucking up trying to escape but Booth cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Kenzie is trying to escape the mount.
Kenzie looks gassed!
That's three minutes gone in the round. A nice elbow there by Booth. Booth in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Booth postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Kenzie looks a forlorn figure.
Kenzie is rocked! Kenzie tries to reverse the position but Booth maintains control. Booth is landing with some decent strikes but Kenzie is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Kenzie takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. A nice elbow there by Booth. Kenzie is still in real trouble! Can Booth finish him? Booth lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. Kenzie tries to buck Booth off but he can't manage it. Booth putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! Booth tries to control but Kenzie wriggling away. Booth is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Kenzie can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Booth has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Kenzie's face.
Booth with good strikes from the mount here! Booth softens up his opponent with a couple of shots there and then CRACK! One massive shot lands there and Kenzie is out cold! Booth jumps to his feet and celebrates on the cage with the fans, who are, quite frankly, going absolutely mental!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Charles Booth! During a confident post fight interview, Charles Booth thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
