Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hiranuka Stakanu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Clay Thomas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Stakanu might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Oy, To Ne Vecher. Hiranuka Stakanu has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thomas lands with a nice body punch.
Thomas looks to land a combination but Stakanu avoids it well.
Stakanu lands a nice hook to Thomas's body. Thomas takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Thomas wants to clinch but Stakanu slips to the side
enabling Stakanu to counter with a crisp jab.

Thomas shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Thomas showed some decent athleticism there.

Thomas got a little sloppy there for a moment and Stakanu has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Thomas has managed to get both his arms back between Stakanu's legs - danger averted.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Stakanu is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Stakanu hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
