Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
smith fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Braun tries to clinch but smith moves out of range.

Braun tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but smith paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Braun throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

smith changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Braun tries to avoid it but smith manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Braun to the ground. Braun escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Braun tries to close the distance and clinch up but smith swats him away and circles back towards the center.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Let's hope that smith has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
