McZongo kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Skiltron- Sword and Shield. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McZongo throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Jalabert fails to land the takedown.
McZongo fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
McZongo lands a high kick!
It looks like Pierre Jalabert has been cut.
Jalabert looks for a takedown but McZongo sprawls well.
McZongo lands the left hand.
McZongo lands a slapping body shot.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Jalabert fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Angus McZongo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pierre Jalabert.
Jalabert looks gassed!
Jalabert on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
McZongo lands a big right hook! Jalabert looks hurt but is still standing! McZongo lands a left jab and another right hook! This time Jalabert falls down and McZongo dives in with a huge hammer fist! Jalabert's eyes roll back! The referee calls for the bell and McZongo runs up the cage to celebrate with his fans!

After winning the bout, Angus McZongo thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
