Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Borna Biocic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Max Torc (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Borna Biocic!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Fedor Mirinova and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Biocic fails with an attempt to clinch.
Biocic has a takedown stuffed.
Biocic shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Torc manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Biocic pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Torc is keeping the position for now.
Biocic is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Biocic wants to control from the top but Torc keeps moving.
Torc really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Biocic. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Biocic drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Biocic jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Biocic is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Biocic drops back, looking for a kneebar! Torc looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Torc looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Torc!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Torc trying to control the position but Biocic is working away.
Biocic really is built like a bowling ball. I wonder if he'd roll if you pushed him down a hill...
Biocic wants to control but Torc postures up.

Torc tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.
Biocic is not content to let Torc control the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Biocic is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Torc has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Biocic wants to control but Torc postures up.
Biocic tries to escape but Torc is in control.
Torc wants to stand but Biocic is controlling his arm.
Torc wants to lay and pray for a moment but Biocic keeps working.
Biocic throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done!

Biocic has his takedown stuffed
and Torc counters with a three punch combo that has Biocic backing up. Biocic nods at Torc to acknowledge the strikes.
Biocic really is a fat lump.
Biocic is breathing heavily.
Torc falls off balance throwing a combination
and Biocic counters with a series of strikes. Torc will be more careful next time no doubt.
Torc defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Biocic.

Torc tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Biocic manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Torc shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Torc showed some decent athleticism there.

That was a close round but I would say that Borna Biocic will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Biocic avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Torc fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Torc changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Biocic looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Torc wants to control but Biocic is keeping him busy.
Torc tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Torc has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Max Torc.
Torc throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Biocic enables Torc to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Biocic manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Biocic doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.

Biocic shoots in for a double leg but Torc sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Torc throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Biocic.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Biocic has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Torc clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!

That was a close second round but I would say that Borna Biocic will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. And we move into the final round!
Biocic clinches up with Torc and pushes him back against the cage.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Biocic seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Torc for as long as he can get away with.
Biocic might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Borna Biocic.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Biocic, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
