Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Marco Olujic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ralph Gordan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Marco Olujic! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ralph Gordan! The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Dmitry Maklakov and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gordan throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. Olujic is breathing heavily. Gordan clinches with his opponent.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Gordan works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard. Gordan passes Olujic's left leg - he's now in half guard. Gordan is controlling the pace.
Gordan postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Olujic to stand up. Olujic moves away from the strike by Gordan. Olujic throws a head kick that misses. Gordan jabs Olujic to the body, keeping him at a distance. Gordan drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Gordan stands and steps away. Olujic gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Gordan shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Olujic napping and manages to drive through into side control! Gordan is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Olujic's shoulder. That is not cool.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gordan is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Olujic is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Gordan staying calm. Gordan decides to stand back up. Gordan steps back and let's Olujic get back to his feet. Gordan clinches up against the cage. Gordan lands an uppercut. Olujic is trying to pull guard but Gordan turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. Gordan works on Olujic's body with a couple of short punches.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gordan escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Gordan closes the distance and clinches. Gordan breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Olujic shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Gordan defends it nicely. Gordan shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Olujic as he avoids it easily. Gordan is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Olujic's half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Gordan trying to control the pace. Gordan has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Gordan tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gordan working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet. Gordan controlling his opponent. Gordan lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Gordan looking to control but Olujic is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Gordan controlling the position easily from mount. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Olujic is trying to stand. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ralph Gordan dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Gordan has managed to clinch.
Olujic is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Gordan gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Olujic is trying to pull guard but Gordan has him pressed against the cage. Olujic wants to get back to striking at distance but Gordan won't allow it.
Gordan has Olujic pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Olujic manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Gordan has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Olujic jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Gordan walks away with a smile on his face. Olujic gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Marco Olujic. That's going to take a lot out of him. Olujic looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Olujic has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Gordan holds on and takes a little breather. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Gordan is on top in guard.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Gordan is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Ralph Gordan has got the better of the ground game so far. Gordan missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Olujic has momentary wrist control but Gordan slips an elbow through the middle. Olujic keeping moving, preventing Gordan from controlling successfully. Gordan gets to his feet. Olujic looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Gordan with a body punch. A glancing blow. Gordan connects with a jab. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Ouch! a nice leg kick from Gordan, right into the meat.
Olujic gets caught flat footed, as Gordan shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Gordan wants to control from the top but Olujic keeps moving. Gordan advances to half guard. Gordan trying to control the pace.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gordan prevents Olujic from standing back up.
Gordan stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Olujic to get to his feet. Gordan goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
It looks like Marco Olujic has been cut. Gordan drops Olujic with a beautiful combination! Olujic stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Gordan is looking for the KO! Gordan throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. Gordan shoots in but no luck this time. Olujic really is a fat lump. Olujic defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Gordan. Olujic closes this distance looking for a takedown but Gordan circles away. Olujic tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Nice takedown defense from Gordan. No joy for Olujic on that attempt.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gordan scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Olujic keeps the fight on the outside. Gordan shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Olujic is trying to defend but Gordan finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Gordan wants to lay and pray for a moment but Olujic keeps working. Gordan takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Ralph Gordan hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Left hook, right uppercut from Olujic. Danga de danga de dang - Gordan scores with a four punch combination! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Gordan fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Olujic. Gordan tests Olujic's chin there with a solid looking shot. Gordan throws a right hand that Olujic ducks under and follows up with a left that Olujic also avoids with ease. Olujic shoots in looking for a takedown but Gordan manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Olujic's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Gordan shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Olujic as he jumps to the side. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Olujic swinging wildly here.

Ralph Gordan showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Marco Olujic's cut. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Olujic is defended easily by Gordan. Olujic looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Marco Olujic. That's going to take a lot out of him. Gordan throws a right and a left that both miss. Olujic throws a sloppy head kick and Gordan moves out of range easily. Gordan misses with a takedown attempt - Olujic sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Olujic tries to bum rush Gordan with a series of wild strikes but Gordan uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Nice uppercut lands for Gordan. That snapped Olujic's head back.
Gordan jabbing away but nothing is landing. Gordan thumps Olujic with a low kick. Olujic fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Olujic changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Gordan tries to avoid it but Olujic manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Gordan to the ground. Gordan escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. This has been an exciting period of action! Gordan feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Olujics jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Marco Olujic is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Olujic throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Gordan swinging wildly here.

Gordan feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Olujic's calf. Olujic misses with a jab, cross combination.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Gordan lands a jab to the nose. Ralph Gordan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Olujic fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Gordan throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Gordan decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Olujic, up you get! Olujic shoots in and drives through. Gordan sprawls well. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Gordan lunges at Olujic with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Olujic's hand. Gordan throws a big shot that misses. Marco Olujic has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Ralph Gordan is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Gordan swings away with a body shot that misses
and Olujic counters with a left to the body.
And that's the end of the fight! Ralph Gordan comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Gordan has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
