Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Orao Krila (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tommy Riordan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Orao Krila! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tommy Riordan! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Krila tries for a takedown but Riordan circles away easily and Riordan counters with a shoot takedown. Krila fights it but they end up in guard. Riordan throwing strikes but missing. Riordan wants to control from the top but Krila keeps moving. Riordan pushes down on Krila's leg and manages to get into half guard. Riordan is trying to control. Krila wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Riordan thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
That's one minute gone in the round. Riordan sitting and controlling from the half guard. Krila tries to kick Riordan off but Riordan keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Krila won't allow Riordan to pass to mount. Krila wants to control but Riordan is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Tommy Riordan has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. No luck with that takedown attempt from Krila. The fight stays on the outside here - Riordan looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Krila gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Riordan to score an easy takedown into full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Riordan is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Krila is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Krila has escaped and now he's on top! Riordan has his hands on Krila's head, controlling the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Riordan has his foot on Krila's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Krila works his way back into a safe position though. Krila trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Riordan manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Krila manages to get himself to full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Riordan trying to control the position from guard on top but Krila is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Riordan looking to pass the guard. Riordan wants to get up but he can't break Krila's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Krila pushes Riordan off and gets back to his feet.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Riordan drives through with a takedown into Krila's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Tommy Riordan. Riordan lands with a shot to the body. Riordan clinches up against the cage. Krila changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Riordan fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Riordan fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Krila to the ground. Riordan is now in Krila's guard. Riordan trying to control the position from guard on top but Krila is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Riordan must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Riordan's corner is telling him to maintain position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Riordan tries to free his leg and advance position but Krila is retaining full guard.

Riordan doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Riordan manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Riordan's corner is telling him to maintain position. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Tommy Riordan was stalling too much, according to the referee. Riordan darts in and clinches Krila up against the cage. Riordan drags the fight down to the ground.
Krila throws a big elbow that misses.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Riordan pulls Krila in close to prevent any damage. Riordan is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Riordan keeping moving, preventing Krila from controlling successfully.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Tommy Riordan wasn't active enough on the ground. Riordan fails with an attempt to clinch.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Riordan closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Krila trying to keep hold of his opponent's head but Riordan manages to pass to mount!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tommy Riordan showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!
Krila fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Riordan avoids it really well and circles away. Excellent takedown into side control there by Riordan. Riordan tries for a kimura but Krila is defending well. Riordan fails to land a wild elbow strike.
That's one minute gone in the round. A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet. Riordan is looking to take a break and control but Krila is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Riordan working away. Riordan tries to move into full mount but can't pass Krila's legs. You can see the frustration on Krila's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Orao Krila. Riordan slaps away a takedown attempt from Krila, before circling back to the center of the mat. Riordan closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Riordan lands in his opponent's guard. Krila keeping moving, preventing Riordan from controlling successfully. Krila is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Krila isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Riordan stacks Krila on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Riordan! The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Riordan looking to control but instead Krila has slipped a leg in, to regain half guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Tommy Riordan comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Riordan has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
