Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, William Peck and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vagner shoots for a double leg takedown but Fowler sprawls well. He's pushed Vagner's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Fowler will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Dudu Vagner seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Vagner shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Fowler manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Vagner wants to control from the top but Fowler keeps moving.

Fowler knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Vagner on the ground.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Vagner in particular looking to stall.
Vagner is keen to just control but Fowler is a slippery customer.
Fowler is looking for a sweep. Vagner is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Vagner is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Fowler defends it well.
Vagner is trying to control the action in half guard but Fowler is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Vagner is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Vagner has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Fowler defend it? Vagner steps over the head and cranks it - Fowler is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Vagner!
