Carwin comes to the cage accompanied by Better Think Again. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Carwin doesn't manage to clinch there - Johnson circles away.
Johnson lands a jab to the nose.
Carwin throws a one two combo.
Carwin tries to clinch but Johnson moves out of range.
Johnson throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Johnson thuds a left hand into Carwin's body.
Carwin swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Carwin is looking to clinch but Johnson is avoiding it.
Carwin misses with a series of wild punches.
Johnson drops Carwin with a beautiful combination! Carwin stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Johnson is looking for the KO!
Carwin is rocked!
It looks like Chris Carwin has been cut.
Carwin is breathing heavily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Carwin throws a combination that misses
and Johnson counters with a series of strikes that practically lifts Carwin off his feet! He tumbles backwards, his head bouncing off the mat - Johnson follows up with more strikes before the ref can step in but Carwin was out before he hit the floor.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Stevey Johnson!
