Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Col. John T. Hall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and George Costanza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). John T. Hall and George Costanza. Costanza comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Jacco- När mörkret faller kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
24 - 14 - 0, fighting out of London, Col. John T. Hall! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 8 - 0, fighting out of London, George Costanza! The judges for this bout are William Gold, Sam Margolis and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hall pushes Costanza up against the cage in a clinch. Hall lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Hall working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Hall lands with a punch from half guard. Costanza is trying to get back to full guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Costanza looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Hall looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Costanza with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Hall seems to be working for a kimura but Costanza defends the submission attempt. Costanza has hold of Hall's hands but Hall slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Costanza tries to roll over but Hall keeps him under control. Hall is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Costanza is just riding it out for now. Hall eventually gives up the hold. Costanza wants to improve his position but Hall is controlling well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Costanza is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Hall pulls his head out easily. Well, if Hall is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Hall prevents Costanza from improving his position. Costanza is not content to let Hall control the position. Costanza actively working from the bottom here. Hall working the head and body with strikes. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Hall winds up and cracks Costanza with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Costanza is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Hall's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Hall's back! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Costanza has his opponent's back and is working for the choke. Costanza looking for the RNC. Hall is trying to break free.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Costanza patiently working for the choke. Which fighter will keep their nerve here? I really don't envy Hall right now.
Costanza doesn't have the hooks in and Hall manages to turn into his guard.
Hall works over Costanza with some ground and pound from guard. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Costanza is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Costanza trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage. Hall scoring with some ground and pound. Hall wants to control from the top but Costanza keeps moving. Hall postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Hall is working Costanza over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Hall with a flurry of punches that miss. Hall working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hall trying to control but Costanza is working from the bottom. Costanza looking for a sweep. Not yet Costanza, not yet. Costanza looking for a guillotine here but Hall defends easily.
Hall chips away with some ground and pound. Hall scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Hall got a little sloppy there for a moment and Costanza has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Hall has managed to get both his arms back between Costanza's legs - danger averted. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Hall scoring with some ground and pound. Hall stopping the sweep attempt from Costanza. Hall working some strikes from top position. Costanza looks gassed! Hall is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Costanza working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Hall doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Costanza is tightening it up a little... Hall has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Hall reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Hall taps out! Nice BJJ there by Costanza!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle Choke). George Costanza! George Costanza gave a mention to Bushido Clothing in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).
